開齒穿條設備使用前要做哪些檢查呢？

1、清理設備：在開機前應對設備的工作臺、機械加工面、電鍍件表面用沾油棉紗進行擦拭，與型材直接接觸部位應用干凈的棉紗擦拭干凈，以免污染型材，必要時還可用吹塵對工作臺表面等部位進行吹塵清理；

2、檢查緊固件：設備上機械連接緊固件的松動通常會導致加工中出現工藝問題，甚至會帶來設備故障或不安全因素，對于工作中因為經常調整或正常使用而有可能松動的緊固件，要經常檢查并適時擰緊，以確保設備在安全條件下工作；

3、檢查潤滑部位：對于設備運行中具有相對運動的定動接觸面，如機床導軌表面、各處軸承與軸等處需要潤滑的部位，應根據運動特性等方面的因素，加注潤滑油或潤滑脂進行潤滑。具體設備機械結構不同，其潤滑部位及潤滑方式也不相同，需視具體設備而定。開齒穿條機在門窗設備中大量使用的氣源處理三聯體，每次開機之前都要檢查其油霧器油杯內的油面高度，并使之保持準確的油面高度。

3.
