用于在鋁型材槽內(nèi)滾齒穿條，隔熱型材坯料開(kāi)齒帶穿條，開(kāi)齒機(jī)是提高隔熱條和鋁合金型材剪切的關(guān)鍵設(shè)備。通過(guò)高速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)開(kāi)齒刀將鋁合金型材嵌隔熱條的槽口部位進(jìn)行開(kāi)齒，使鋁型材大大提高剪切力。開(kāi)齒刀（即開(kāi)齒滾輪）上下調(diào)節(jié)（0-250mm），左右調(diào)節(jié)（6-125mm）。

Used for rolling teeth and threading strips in aluminum profile grooves, cutting teeth and threading strips on insulation profile blanks, the cutting machine is a key equipment for improving the cutting of insulation strips and aluminum alloy profiles. By high-speed operation of the toothed cutter, the slot of the aluminum alloy profile embedded in the insulation strip is toothed, greatly increasing the shear force of the aluminum profile. The toothed cutter (i.e. toothed roller) can be adjusted up and down (0-250mm), and left and right (6-125mm).

4、生產(chǎn)工藝流程

4. Production process flow

（1）開(kāi)齒：將型材上要插入熱條的槽口部分開(kāi)齒打毛，以增加隔熱條與型材槽口復(fù)合時(shí)的咬合效果，這道路工序是高復(fù)合型材抗剪切力的關(guān)鍵，通過(guò)使用硬質(zhì)打磨輪，在專用設(shè)備上將槽口部分開(kāi)齒打毛。

(1) Teeth opening: The part of the groove on the profile where the hot strip is to be inserted is toothed and roughened to increase the interlocking effect between the insulation strip and the groove of the profile. This process is the key to the high shear resistance of the composite profile. By using a hard grinding wheel and specialized equipment, the toothed part of the groove is roughened.

（2）穿條：將隔熱條穿入需要復(fù)合的內(nèi)外兩根鋁型材的相應(yīng)槽口內(nèi)，利用穿條設(shè)備，確保隔熱條準(zhǔn)確地插入兩根鋁型材的已開(kāi)齒的槽口內(nèi)，為下一工序進(jìn)行滾壓，提供準(zhǔn)確位置，并大大提高生產(chǎn)率。

(2) Strip threading: Thread the insulation strip into the corresponding slots of the inner and outer aluminum profiles that need to be composite. Use strip threading equipment to ensure that the insulation strip is accurately inserted into the already toothed slots of the two aluminum profiles, providing accurate positioning for rolling in the next process and greatly improving productivity.

5,本機(jī)打牙刀下面的兩組滾動(dòng)輪可以各自實(shí)現(xiàn)上下左右的任意調(diào)節(jié)，在異形型材打牙時(shí)方便調(diào)整，有利于均勻打牙，這也是區(qū)別于普通開(kāi)齒穿條一體機(jī)的地方。

5. The two sets of rolling wheels under the toothed cutter of this machine can be adjusted up, down, left, right, and left respectively.
